Ich begrüße Euch ganz herzlich in Nieder-Olm. Nieder-Olm liegt direkt südlich von Mainz im imposanten Weinanbaugebiet Rheinhessen und somit sehr gut gelegen in der Rhein-Main-Region. Zum Hauptbahnhof in Mainz sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem PKW oder ca. 25 Minuten mit dem Bus oder der Bahn. Die nächstgelegene Bushaltestelle (Nieder-Olm Selztalcenter) ist nur wenige Minuten von Eurem Appartement entfernt. Zum Flughafen Frankfurt sind es etwa 35 Minuten Fahrt mit dem PKW, zum ZDF nur knapp 10 km.

Der Flughafen ist etwa vier Kilometer entfernt und mit Auto oder Bahn in ca. fünf Minunten zu erreichen. Die Frankfurter City sowie die Messe erreicht man in ca. 20-25 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bahn. Für das tägliche Leben findet man einen gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt mit Bäckerei und Café in der Stadtmitte.

Reben und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Rad- und Wandertouren rund um das Zellertal. Verkehrsgünstige Lage im Städtedreieck Mainz, Kaiserslautern, Worms. Sehr gute Anbindung zur A63, A6 und A61. Der Vier-Länder-Weg führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Die Strecke des Jakobs Pilgerweg liegt in 3 km Entfernung.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben weil sie Platz im Freien in Naturnähe bietet, und weitestgehend im 50er Jahre Stil, der Bauzeit des Hauses, eingerichtet ist. Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Wanderwegen in Wald und Natur, der 2015 eröffneten Hängeseilbrücke Geierlay in Mörsdorf, einem Tier-Erlebnispark in Bell und der Burgstadt Kastellaun. Meine Unterkunft eignet sich gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien.

Die komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtete ca. 60 qm große Ferienwohnung befindet sich im hellen Erdgeschoss. Ein Doppelschlafzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine werden von einem großzügigen Wohnzimmer mit Essecke ergänzt. Ein Flachbild-TV mit DVD Player, sowie eine Musikanlage sorgen auch bei nicht so gutem Wetter für beste Unterhaltung. Babymobilar ist vorhanden. Hauseigener Parkplatz.
