York Harbor Inn- Country Inn Room

Located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the Main Inn, Country Inn Rooms are quite small but elegantly appointed. All rooms are individually decorated with (1) queen bed, private baths with shower & standard amenities. These rooms have small bathrooms & dormers over the beds/windows. Rooms include our buffet breakfast & wifi. There is no ocean view but beach is within walking distance. *Not suitable for travel cribs or cots, 2 guests max.* **Please note there are NO ELEVATORS in any of our buildings

The Elms - River Room

The Elms is conveniently in Westbrook, with easy access to Portland and the Interstate. The River Room has one queen bed, private bathroom with tub, a desk, large closet, and a view of the Presumscot. This is the most desirable room in the Elms. Historic Building, built by a renowned architect, originally served as a luxury Maine resort to entice business to the local mill. Featuring splendid carved wood features, fireplaces, spacious rooms, and a screened veranda overlooking the river.

The River Room

This peaceful King Room with a private bath is located on the first floor & has everything you need for your trip! The old beams across the ceiling and huge pine floor boards make this room extra special, not to mention the propane fireplace & stunning views of The Machias River! Antique decor with a touch of Maine in the room help to capture that 1830’s farmhouse vibe. The room is stocked with coffee, linens, & soaps, along with a tray of goodies ready for your arrival! A guest favorite.

Room 7 at The Water Street Inn

Stay like a local in this Queen Studio Suite. Located on the first floor, Room 7 is set up like a sun filled studio apartment featuring a well-appointed kitchen and sitting area. Limited Hours For On-Site Pub Lounge: Thurs 4–9, Fri 4–9 & Sat 12–9 with food, drinks & events. Room service available outside posted hours with advance notice. Direct ATV/snowmobile trail access with trailer parking. Some sound may carry—no complaints so far, but please don’t book if noise may be an issue. Ask about private access and a movie in our original 1920s theater! 🎬. A movie of your choice, popcorn and beverages are available for an extra fee.

Downtown Hotel Room

Cozy hotel rental at the Acadia Hotel-Downtown. Built in 1884 as a private home, located in the village Center. Private room with full bathroom, QUEEN size bed, cable tv, mini fridge, & wifi. Quite, clean, and the best price in town. These rooms tend to be on the smaller size, and do have SMALL bathrooms. If you are looking for a larger space, look for our Suite Airbnb listing, or book direct though the hotel.

Theoline room

This small, first floor waterfront room is in our historic Main House Inn, and has a large picture window facing the harbor and mountains of Mount Desert Island! Perfect for those who will be spending more time hiking and on the beach It has a queen bed with a private bathroom with tub/shower combination. No A/C, fans provided. Not pet friendly. *Complimenary Wine & Cheese night cancelled for 2021*
