We stayed as a couple with two children at Martin and Nok's place for 9 nights. And we highly recommend it. Clean and beautiful apartment right in the jungle. Kitchen with everything you need, comfortable bed, parking. Less than 2 km walk to an amazing beach with restaurants, bars, surfboards for rent and a relaxing atmosphere. Martin and Nok helped us with everything we needed and provided us with a lot of information about the area and what to do there. I definitely recommend the place. We would have stayed there for a long time but unfortunately the apartment was already booked by new guests.

J'ai été très satisfaite par mon séjour. J'avais besoin d'une pause, j'y suis restée 5 nuits avant d'aller aux Iles Surin et j'y suis retournée une nuit après être rentrée de l'archipel. L'emplacement ne conviendra pas à tout le monde mais le cadre et l'expérience que j'y ai vécu ne me font pas regretter mon choix. Le personnel est très gentil, serviable et souriant. Ils m'ont toujours demandé ce que je souhaitais faire dans la journée et m'aidaient avec plaisir à y aller. J'ai vraiment été imergée dans la culture Thaï, étant la seule touriste, et c'était super. Le petit déjeuner est inclu et TRÈS copieux. La plage qui est à quelques kms est vraiment très agréable et offre de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Bref, si vous voulez passer quelques jours loin du tourisme de masse et dans un endroit authentique, c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut !

Perfekt Aufenthalt! Es ist zwar etwas ab vom Schuss, aber es gibt Möglichkeiten sich Roller oder ein Auto zu mieten. Es gibt ein kleines, sehr schönes Restaurant auf der Anlage, und die Gastgeber verwöhnen einen mit frischen Obst von ihren Plantagen. Touren und Transporte wurden bei Nachfrage bestens organisiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)

Not only was this a great comfy little accomodation, the real star was the location and the host. Located right near the markets and a great strip of restaurants and bars there’s plenty to do and maybe a 10ish minute walk to the beach. The host is also incredibly helpful, offering a great list of local recommendations and activities that they are more than happy to organise and book for you. Overall a great experience and a lovely stay!

Pooks place was the best Airbnb we stayed at during our entire trip in Thailand. A beautiful location with a great view and a large room. The pool is almost private since there are just 4 rooms around. They have the friendliest dogs that randomly show up outside the room, whcih was a highlight for us. Pook is a great host and was quick to respond to any requests or questions we had. This place requires you to have a bike and I would recommend booking a bike in advance since the area is not touristy and therefore lacks options for scooter rentals. The food in the Takuapa Town was great as well and a lot of options. Highly recommended!
