Lady Packard’s Penthouse just had a glow up!✨ A stunningly elegant, spacious and comfortable house with four levels, all above ground because of the sloping, pedestrian street on which it is built. Free parking is just steps away. The location is ideal, peaceful with amazing views, and just a few minutes’ walk from the city's center. The house sleeps 6 adults in 3 separate bedrooms. Perfect for a family holiday or a friends getaway, the common spaces comfortably accommodate everyone at once.

VILLA EDDA :with a heated pool in the city center

A unique place located in the full city center of Noto with 200m2 outside featuring a relaxing small pool (3.5mx1.8m) (heated when needed) that will make your holiday unforgettable. You will be able to walk to the main touristic places and to the restaurant while enjoying the comfort of having a large terrace where you can tan and refresh in the pool. The building features three double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom that can accommodate one or two people. Pool heating included in the price.

Dispone di ampie terrazze, sia per mangiare all'aperto, sia per godere dello spettacolo di Noto.
