Brent & Jean's Grain Bin Inn (Barn)

This one bedroom Grain Bin converted to a tiny home in the heart of the Midwest, has all of the comforts of home! You have the entire bin to yourself, complete with a kitchenette, full bathroom. You will have to be able to climb stairs to get to the main bed, but there is a futon on the main level. The exterior faces the corral where our cattle and horse may sometimes be, and free range chickens that may roam toward you, especially if they think you have food. We may eventually add more animals!

Come and enjoy our peaceful country setting surrounded by wildflowers and wildlife. We have a walking trail with a couple of exercise stations and 2 holes of pasture golf and 2 baskets for disc golf. There is a pickle ball/basketball court, lit dance floor and room to play outdoor games. You might want to enjoy an evening picnic in the lit tree area. Our open vistas provide for great cloud and star watching as well as amazing sunrises and sunsets. Outdoor seating on front and back porches.

This small one bedroom basement apartment in a triplex has an updated modern finished appeal that checks a lot of boxes. Located 1.5 blocks from Main Street making it a short walk to downtown. Concrete driveway off of the alley for off street parking and the whole alley is concrete as well! Central heat & ac will keep you comfortable. Great place to stay whether working in the area or visiting the community.

The upstairs loft houses the master bedroom with queen bed + full bath, while the main level below boasts an open layout (queen sofa and loveseat + full bath) with decks off all entries (1st and 2nd stories), allowing for wildlife observation and spectacular evening star-gazing.
