We had a great stay in Tekapo! The house was comfortable and well located. The self check-in was very easy and we had everything we needed for a quick stay.

I was so lucky to book this treasure Airbnb that has been on TV! The stunning design really lives up to its reputation. Every corner is filled with an artistic touch, and I can take photos anywhere to set my social media on fire. The facilities are complete and comfortable, and the location is very convenient. Staying here makes me feel like a "star"! Highly recommended! 🌟

The place was clean and inviting. I had travelled with a toddler and a pregnant wife and we had a really good time. The unexpected heavy snow threw few challenges but the house had enough amenities to keep you warm and Alex was very protective to lend a helping hand to ensure we had a smooth stay. Highly recommend this place and we surely would visit back in a few years time ! Thanks

Very clean, quite and cozy place. A great get away house, with a little farm right outside the house. Nice and relaxing view. Got space to get park your car. Responsive and nice host. Definitely come back again in my next visit!

un endroit très bien conçu , à 50 mètres à pied du lac , un emplacement parfait mais sans vue sur le lac. le logement est très confortable et l'accueil par Discover Tekapo est très sympathique. Parfait pour une halte à Tekapo lake. P Pas de placard où ranger ses vêtements.

Such a beautiful home, you can definitely see how a real family in NZ upbringing close to nature, plenty of memories. Such a warm and sweet family. The fireplace and stag head definitely adds a lot of character to home. The rain shower felt amazing, and the bath tub with view definitely melts away your sore body and feet after a long hike. The view of the mountain really breathtaking. The kitchen is very well equipped and the fridge is big enough for a family. We stay for 3 nights and really enjoyed that we took a day off just to stay home and just chilling. At night with clear sky you get to see the Milky Way, shooting stars and even aurora! Definitely one of our unforgettable highlight in NZ trip!

We booked this place after our glacier tour was rescheduled due to weather. Ambica responded very quickly, which meant that we had somewhere to stay that nigh t:).

We enjoyed our stay at Twizel with Beatrix. The setting was lovely and the accommodation was comfortable.

awesome plac to stay in timaru. very comfy beds and heaps of space all around. ideal for a group 4 adults. strong recommendation.

great home base for exploring Mt Cook. Tania's place had everything we needed. the grill was super convenient. the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too flat for us and the bed sheets were noisy. Tania was a great host and very responsive/accommodating. we would definitely stay here again.

Love the living room area. Kitchen has everything we need. This place is much better than the pictures was show in the listing. Unfortunately because the weather, it was cloudy the two days we stay in Tekapo, so we aren’t able to see the stargazing. But if the sky is clear, this will be the place you want to stay！

The place was very romantic! Definitely rustic, which is what we love, but still very comfortable and clean. Felt very private for me and my new wife on our honeymoon. The owner's house is about 20m across from the hot tubs, which we were concerned about, but there's no windows on that side of the house, and he left us alone, once he got the tubs got. Still felt private and romantic. It is heated by a heater and a fireplace, which we kept running easily. It did get a little cool overnight, when we weren't topping it up. Nothing to worry about, especially with the heater, and heated blanket. Toni and Judy were very friendly as well!

Loved our stay at Willow Retreat! Great location, clean and tidy place. Especially enjoyed the outdoor bath and stargazing by the fire pit. We will be back!
