Situated in a sheltered cove by the shores of Lake Pukaki, our cottage offers peace, quiet and privacy. With breathtaking views of the lake and the beautiful Mackenzie basin countryside, it is the perfect place a special getaway. Only 35 minutes drive to Aoraki Mt Cook, 30 minutes from lake Tekapo and 13 minutes to twizel Pukaki lakeside getaway cottage is completely self contained, with wi-fi and all linen is provided. A truly stunning setting with abundant fresh air and wide open space.

Stargazer’s Luxury Retreat

For those who fancy a luxury escape; Stargaze the Milky Way from your own luxury outdoor bath, then come inside to a toasty warm fire. Enjoy the comfort of a king size bed with luxury linen, looking directly through to the lake and mountains beyond. In the bathroom, relax in our freestanding bath or enjoy a rain shower for two. Take in unobstructed views of the lake and mountains from your lounge room by day, and cosy up on the couch or wool beanbag for a movie at night. This is paradise.

Ashwick

Ashwick is our accessible unit, sleeps 4, fully self contained with stainless steel appliances, gas hob, microwave, toaster, jug and dishwasher. It has a large bathroom with shower, hair dryer, heated towel rail and washing machine/drier. Heat pump, TV in lounge and bedroom and free wifi. There is a large patio to enjoy the mountain views. Note: Hot tub is an extra charge, request for a hot tub is by 2pm the day before your arrival same day reservations no hot tub is available.

The Stockman’s Cottage, Lake Ohau, NZ

Tucked away behind Lake Ohau Alpine Village & close to beautiful Lake Ohau, The Stockman’s Cottage Is an ideal holiday retreat. The cottage is a self contained one bedroom unit, ideally suited to a couple, or by prior arrangement could accommodate a young family. Hot tub to use for your stay. We are set on a lifestyle block, Our cottage is the perfect place to stay for biking fishing hiking and star gazing. We are close to town 5 min drive to shops restaurants and the town center or a nice 20 min walk. Mt Cook is only 50 min drive away with hiking tracks hooker valley and Tasman all just up the road . Lake Pukaki is only 15 min drive away. Tekapo is 40 mins drive. Cyclists we have space in the garage to lock your bikes away. .

Cass Crib | Lake Tekapo

Cass Crib is located in the heart of Tekapo. A sunny, cosy cottage for two, with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and partial views of Lake Tekapo. Star-gaze from the patio or relax in the open living room in front of the fireplace. The cottage boasts a private bedroom with king bed, well-equipped kitchen (including Nespresso - BYO pods), and laundry facilities (washing machine, iron/board). Just 15 minutes’ walk from the village centre and lake front.
