Welcome to our cozy beachside studio, located alongside our main residence! Fully equipped with a double bed, sofa, TV, and kitchen, it's perfect for couples seeking a relaxing getaway. Just 100m from the beach, with nearby sports courts and a short walk to the village, it's an ideal spot for unwinding, strolling, and swimming. Our furry friends, two dogs and two cats share the property with us, adding a touch of warmth to the surroundings. Park your car and enjoy the slow holiday you deserve.

Cozy Mountain Hideaway

Experience the magic of Rhodopean mountains. Come to a beautiful panoramic house with private bathroom and large balcony with mountain view. The house is part of the guest house called "Milka". There is a kitchen guests can use inside the spacious room and a sofa which can be used as a bed for one or two people. Enjoy the mountain view while relaxing in a hot tub. It is paid additionally and costs 30 BGN/hour and can fit 5 people. At the house you can order traditional breakfast and dinner.

Located in Mikros Prinos (Mikro Kazaviti), a picturesque village, is suitable for travelers interested in places surrounded by nature and breath-taking view. Because of the location and its altitude, there is no need for AC as the temperature is lower all day long, compared to the rest of the island.
