Shops and restaurants are only a 5 minute drive away and the home is walking distance to public transportation

Ground level. Spacious room with a King Bed and a bonus smroom with a ( twin pull out bed) couch and desk/vanity. The sizeable bathroom is freshly remodeled. Kitchenette has a small sink, refrigerator and microwave. It is in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from a rail trail, route 62, interstate 95 route 1 and route 128. Off Street parking. We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

Seaside Cottage

Here you are down the street from some of Marblehead's hidden gems such as Redds Pond, Browns Island & Old Burial Hill Cemetery. One car parking. 5 minute walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. Fully fenced in yard with turf grass. One bedroom with a low profile queen sized bed. In unit washer/dryer. Full bath with tub. Newly renovated kitchen with major appliances: stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso maker & microwave. Sheets & bath linens provided. Minisplit A/C. Home is all one level.

Private Cozy Third Floor Space

This was formerly a servant's quarters in a large colonial home on the third floor and accessed by a private stairway that leads from the first floor to the third floor. The living room and bedroom are both large with original wood floors and are appointed with a comfortable couch, chairs, full-sized bed, books, wall decorations, a big flat screen TV, private bathroom with tub and shower with all newer fixtures and there is also a small refrigerator and micro-wave. It is a totally private space.

All the amenities needed in a clean, spacious and modern apartment tucked away in a peaceful coastal town close to Boston. Studio with stunning ocean views, large private deck, hot tub, separate entrance, fast internet, granite kitchen, comfy couches, Breville Barista, bbq, and Sealy queen bed. Space is private with quiet residents in adjoining units. Off street parking. 2 sets of stairs to private entry, shared entrance by request. Use of hot tub at no additional cost. Short walk to beaches.

Marblehead Tiny House

This new 360 square foot tiny house sleeps four comfortably. A mile from old town, down town, and just steps from Salem Harbor for breathtaking sunsets. The house is located in private, wooded back yard of our home. Kitchen is outfitted with small refrigerator, instant pot, air fryer, hot plate with pots and pans, microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle, as well as glasses, plates, flatware, etc for eating in. Kitchen table and chairs comfortably seats four.

Ocean views, Large Deck, Grill, Kid/Dog Friendly

The product of a complete gut renovation in 2020. The unit is 300 yards to Fisherman's Beach at the bottom of the street. The apartment is the 1st floor of a two family home (our family lives upstairs). It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pro kitchen, open living/dining area. The driveway can fit 2 cars (tight). There is additional parking at the bottom of the street. Please see house rules settings for holiday minimum bookings. We are pet friendly, but require case by case approval.

Looking for the quintessential Salem stay? Look no further! The main bedroom is designed to get you in the Salem spirit, with its dark gothic decor. Take a reading break in the adjacent room, outfitted to look like a Victorian British library. A spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, and full bath complete this lovely property. Enjoy parking in a driveway in the typically-packed city. We are just a quick and enjoyable 12-minute walk to Essex street and all that downtown has to offer!

House is located between Boston and Salem , we’re 4.1 mi from Downtown Salem, 8.3 mi from Boston Logan International Airport, 10.0 mi from Downtown Boston, and just 1.0 mi from the beach. Parties are not allowed. Absolutely no smoking inside. Tampering with or disabling smoke or CO detectors is a safety violation and will result in a $1,000 fee. One car parked at the house. There is an Airbnb apartment located downstairs. Backyard is shared among the guests - please be considerate.

This historic Victorian residence, is today host to this seaside studio lounge. Once inside, you’ll fall captive to the seascape off Independence Park. The Atlantic panorama provides an awe-inspired sunrise daily. From its elevated perch, the studio has a contemporary feel with its private observation deck to its sophisticated lighting and wet bar design. Comforts include heated floors, air conditioning and powered room-darkening blinds.
