This relaxing 1 bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor of a condo building with elevator (10 steps to lobby). It has direct views of the water and the building is located on the shoreline road. Queen bed and extra twin that works as a couch in the living room. Treat yourself to long seasode walks with a view of the Boston skyline. Great restaurant choices within 10 min walk. 15 min walk to the commuter rail station and downtown. Card laundry room in the shared basement and drying rack in unit.

Keep in mind this is a basement apartment and has its own private entrance around the back through the side alley next to the garage, does not have cooking capabilities, nevertheless, we have a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and a small fridge. The first and second floor of the house is also an Airbnb. Parties are not allowed. Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment, smoking is permitted outdoors.
