Silk Purse Cottage (ca. 1920) is in scenic, historic Chester County, PA 6 miles from the PA turnpike. It is a completely renovated, private cottage on a 6 acre property. Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. Visitors who are interested in gardening, history and outdoor activities will find many opportunities close by. Hike, fish, go boating or mountain biking one mile away at Marsh Creek State Park. Longwood Gardens, Winterthur, Lancaster and Philadelphia are all a short distance by car.

New hot tub, above ground pool with deck built into it ! Recently remodeled, Centrally located on a 1 acre lot. Not far from all the tourist attractions that Lancaster has to offer. 1 hr from philly airport, 15 minutes from downingtown, 15 minutes from gap,and 20 minutes from Intercourse. A quiet neighborhood with a spacious back yard, which is great for kids. Whether you bring cornhole, use the grill, or sit around the propane fire pit. The yard and large back deck have so much to offer!

Peaceful, renovated cottage with year-round hot tub less than a mile from Marsh Creek State Park and lake! 1 bedroom (with king size bed!), 1 bathroom The park has hiking, fishing & water sports. Close to great dining, breweries, coffee, & other activities, but far enough from town to feel relaxing & somewhat secluded. Dog friendly! This inviting one-bedroom cottage accommodates up to four guests and is conveniently located in the heart of Downingtown, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, parks, and the train station. Come stay at our beautiful one bedroom guest house that sits on an eight acre lakefront property. This poolside guest house includes a spacious kitchen, full bathroom, and one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Whether you're local or visiting from out of town, spend your getaway relaxing by Marsh Creek Lake or take advantage of the wide variety of local attractions that Chester County has to offer. Our guest house is for a maximum of two adults only. No children.

Our apartment in located in the heart of West Chester PA. Our place is close to restaurants and dining, nightlife, great views, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love Sunset Valley Farm because it is a Horse property with activities on the property (season permitting). Horse lessons, Kayak, creek, fishing, and near all of the local attractions (King of Prussia Mall, Gettysburg, Valley Forge, Brandywine river, Lancaster (Amish country) 40 mins away).

The Millhaus

This is the original "tiny house." Built in 1766, the Millhaus sits on a 32-acre historic site with the Knauer Mill, Horseshoe Trail, and French Creek. Take a short hike along the water's edge to Saint Peter’s Village for coffee & pastries, or dinner & drinks. Recharge with modern touches like onsite massage and private fitness amenities, available by appointment. Stay put and unwind—or venture out and explore the best of PA from this beautiful location!

Frog Hollow Cottage is a newly renovated getaway located in the heart of the Chester County’s rolling farmland and equestrian community. Overlooking beautiful pastures, the cottage was formerly the large painting studio of Delaware Valley artist Peter Sculthorpe.
