Enjoy sun from morning to evening with lake views. The villa has two wood-fired saunas, large terraces, and three separate bedrooms. Modern facilities from the kitchen to a toilet and shower are provided. Spend evenings around the beach fireplace or explore the lake with the available boat and canoe. The villa includes a 65" Smart TV and 300 M wifi (remote working possible). The nearest shops are a 20-minute drive away, with Helsinki 90 minutes away by car. The nearest bus stop is 4 km away.

Kaislan Tila

Kaislan Tila sijaitsee maalla, 22km Mikkelistä pohjoiseen. Asumme tilan päärakennuksessa ja pihapiirissä on 65m2 erillinen asunto. Tilalla on eläimiä ja ympärillä tuhansien järvien Itä- Suomi sekä luonnonantimiltaan rikkaat metsäalueet. Läheinen järvi tarjoaa harrastemahdollisuuksia, ongintaa, uintia, veneilyä yms. Metsissä on voi samoilla, marjastaa, sienestää ja vain nauttia rauhallisuudesta sekä hiljaisuudesta. Talvella voi lumikenkäillä sekä hiihtää ja luistella olosuhteiden salliessa.

2024 valmistunut 4hlön saunamökki upean kosken varrella. Rauhoittavat koskimaisemat takaavat rentouttavan vierailun Koskenrannan Helmessä. Mökki soveltuu hyvin rentoutumiseen, kalastamiseen tai vaikka veneilyyn. Mökin isossa saunassa voit ihailla virtaavaa vettä, virkistäytyminen onnistuu helposti aina avoimena pysyvässä koskessa tai ulkoporealtaassa. Mökissä on 1 makuuhuone ja vuodesohva, majoitus 4hlö. Viehättävä ja idyllinen mökki rauhallisen, puhtaan järven rannalla Toivakassa. Sopii erinomaisesti perheille ja etätyön tekemiseen. Tunnelmallinen syksyllä ja talvella, on täysin talviasuttava. Ihana myös joulunaikaan. Kaunis aurinkoinen piha-alue, jossa rantasauna ja suuret terassialueet. Ranta etelä/lounas-suunnassa. Laiturilla tikkaat veteen. Hyvä tie pihaan, joka aurataan talvisin ovelle saakka. Toivakan palvelut 7 km päässä. Mökki on omassa käytössä, siksi kalenteri päivittyy osissa.

Типичный финский коттедж (55,8 кв.м) был построен в 1972 году и полностью реконструирован в 2014 году, с сохранением аутентичной атмосферы. До ближайшего магазина или автозаправки 25 километров. Мы живём за лесом в 200 метрах от коттеджа круглый год. Расположение коттеджа уникально тем, что с одной стороны вы чувствуете полную свободу и уединение, с другой стороны мы всегда рядом и готовы помочь и пообщаться, если у вас будет желание. Наш участок и сад всегда открыты для наших гостей.

Summer cottage by a lake at Mäntyharju

Nice rebuilt log cottage by lake Siikanen. Cottage is electrified and equiped with cold drinking water and warm shower water system. Peaceful beach opening to direction south. Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.

Mökissä on tehokkaasti käytetty tila, jossa majoittujille on tarjolla mukava keittokulmaus päivittäisen ruoanlaiton tarpeisiin. Illan kruunaa idyllinen sauna, jonka lämmössä voi ihailla kaunista järvimaisemaa ja auringonlaskua. Kohde on omatoiminen.

Villa Rautjärvi

This beautiful lakeside log cabin is located 25 km north of Mikkeli. Built in 2014, it invites you to relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of Finnish nature. The cabin is stylishly decorated with high-quality natural materials and offers a modern open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with separable double beds (160 × 200 cm), a loft with a king-size bed, a bathroom, sauna, separate toilet, and a terrace. Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included.

Villa Haavikko

Vacation home with all the conveniences and a big separate sauna building by Lake Kyyvesi. Quiet, peaceful location. Private or rental car necessary (in winter 4-wheel drive is recommended). 4 bedrooms, three with 160 cm double beds, one with a single bed. Sofa bed in the living room. Max. 2 small dogs allowed. Rowing boat and canoe. The guests can rent bed linen and towels for 16 € per person. No smoking.
