Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary furniture and household appliances and a fast WiFi connection. Ideal for couples and families with kids. This unique place has a style all its own. It's perfect location gives you access to 4 grocery stores 2 to 5 minutes walking distance, 12 minutes to the old Town of Kotor and 5 to 7 minutes away from promenade where you can find 10 restaurants and coffee shops. The perfect postcard view from the balcony will take your breath away. The apartment is equipped with everything you need weather you stay long or short time.

Charming Old Stone House - Perast

The house which is literally ten steps away from the sea. Inside the spiral staircase leads to the top floor living area, which lead to an open terrace with a view looking directly to the Island ‘lady of the rock’ Public transport: bus service between Kotor and Risan The nearest airport is Tivat in Montenegro (about half hour drive from Perast) There are many restaurants along the Riviera.

Best view! Rooftop garden - Old Town 404 studio

Right in the middle of world heritage of Kotor Old Town, climb 54 steps to this amazing studio with private garden and terrace featuring stunning views onto the rooftops, surrounding mountains and the sea. All walls are exposed stone or rock lovingly restored. The kitchen is well appointed and the decor is modern, light and comfortable. Old meets new.

Waterfront with extraordinary view

Studio/apartment is located on the first floor of the house. It has it's own kitchen, bathroom and balcony. From balcony you have view on Boka bay and Verige. In studio you have cable TV and Wi-Fi. Guests can also use terraces that are in 3 levels in front of the house. On terraces you can use dinning and coffee tables and outdoor shower.
