Cozy One Room Schoolhouse on the Prairie

This schoolhouse is the smallest one of two on the property. Country living extends to the outdoors on the private patio. Wrap yourself up in one of our vintage handmade quilts, breathe in the fresh country air and enjoy unobstructed views of neighbouring fields. Saskatchewan is touted as the “Land of Living Skies’, and there’s no better place to see the most amazing sunsets, stars and Northern Lights. Enjoy soaking in your private hot tub while star gazing or looking out over a vast valley.

Sara's Place

The house is all yours! Kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, a bathroom & main floor laundry, all to yourself. Towels, bedding & all kitchen supplies are provided. All utilities are included. WiFi is provided and every television has netflix availability. You will be comfortable in this cozy, charming home away from home. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and friendly. All downtown amenities are a block or two away Garage, basement and bunkie are not available for guest use.

It features an exercise corner (threadmill, dumbels, etc) and a relaxing MASSAGE CHAIR for comfort after a long day. Includes Full kitchen, Laundry and dryer in-suite.

Farmer Tiny House

A little bit country with a modern twist. This tiny house is 640 sq feet. It has a fully functional kitchen with gorgeous butcher block counter top, which is very inviting. The bathroom is complete with vanity, shower, toilet and washer/dryer. Its an amazing little place to stay, very cozy. 60.00 PER NIGHT. 30.00 for each additional person per night. Also available are cots and a playpen.
