Hi, I'm Viktor and as a superhost I would like to make your stay in Nuremberg a great one. A spacious, stylish 2BR apartment awaits you. The apartment is furnished in a modern industrial style and offers space for up to 6 guests to relax and linger. You can also look forward to a coffee machine, smart TV, hairdryer... Due to the central location (between the train station and the trade fair), the typical destinations - trade fair, old town, city center, sightseeing - are very easy to reach.

RUHIGES APT "SUNSHINE" mit PARKPLATZ & BALKON

Die großzügige, lichtdurchflutete 4-Zimmer 100qm Etagenwohnung mit einem großen Balkon bietet alles für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Zwei Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Eingang vorhanden. Alle Räume sind hell und modern eingerichtet. Das ganze Appartement ist sehr hell, ruhig und eignet sich hervorragend zum Ausruhen oder Arbeiten. Das helle und freundliche Badezimmer mit Dusche ist mit Handtüchern, Duschbad und Föhn ausgestattet. Zusätzlich gibt es eine weitere separate Toilette.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen stylischen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in ein paar Minuten an allen wichtigen Orten - ob im Stadtzentrum, Meistersingerhalle oder Messe (dann mit der U-Bahn). Die exklusive Ausstattung mit Eicheparkett gibt eine besondere Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Das Bad ist unser besonderer Stolz! Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock, der Aufzug bringt Euch hoch. Supermärkte, Restaurants... in direkter Nähe. Straßenbahn, U-Bahn auch. Zu Fuß brauchen wir 15 Minuten ins Zentrum.

Bathroom with 1mx1m shower. Washbasin, WC, urinal Right in the heart of Nuremberg just in the middle of the old town with a beautiful view across the fountain "Ehekarusell" and the tower "Weißer Turm". Subway station only 50 meters away, perfect to explore Nuremberg.

Our spacious house in a green and quiet suburb of Nuremberg is thanks to its convenient location very well suited for business trips as well as great holidays with sightseeing and excursions to the Franconian region.

Welcome to the lovingly and comfortably furnished apartment. It is very centrally located and offers views of Nuremberg's historic city wall. Subway station and tram stop are in the immediate vicinity (main station 2min, airport 12min). The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Many attractive pubs and bars are just a short distance from the apartment.

Attraktive und ruhig gelegene 3 Zimmer Ferienwohnung Zentral gelegen und Bahnhofs nah ideal für Geschäftsleute, Messebesucher und Touristen. Alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Altstadt sind fußläufig bequem erreichbar. Bis zum Christkindlesmarkt sind es Bequeme 15 min zu Fuß durch Weihnachtlich geschmückte Straßen zu erreichen und zur Messe brauchen sie in der Regel max. 15 min mit der U-Bahn (es sind nur 5 Haltestellen von uns).

The colorful apartment is located in Nuremberg's tourist old town district of St. Sebald. The main market as the central square of Nuremberg can be reached in just 200 m, and the historic Imperial Castle is only 400 m away, just a stone's throw away. The exhibition center and other sights can be reached quickly via the Lorenzkirche underground station. Despite the central location, the apartment is quiet and offers a fantastic view of the castle.
