Fully self contained independent cottage. Tropical front verandah looking out to natural bush. Set on 10 acres in a quiet area, secure and safe. Lounge, tv, dining area, kitchen, fridge, bedroom with queen size bed and separate bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tub. Pets allowed as spacious securely fenced lawned area. Dogs can be safely left in the yard if you go out. I can check on them if requested. Unfortunately internet is not reliable.

Our lovely apartment is perfectly located for those who want to be close to Darwin city, but want their own quiet space in tropical surrounds. The Parap Village and markets, restaurants and public transport are all within easy walking distance, and there is a secure car park available should you have a car. The unit is well set up for a short or long stay, whether you are on holidays or in Darwin for business, and includes internet access.

A quiet spot with lots of room to relax, this is your home away from home. Open plan downstairs with kitchen, dining area and a large, very comfortable lounge room. Upstairs has a study, balcony and a spacious airy master bedroom with queen bed and en-suite. Fully air-conditioned, with fans as well. A short walk to everything you need! If you want to explore a little further afield, there is a carport with two undercover car-parks.
