Charming cozy cabin with amazing view

Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Casa Bollicine .be is een nieuwbouw appartement met tuin gelegen aan de rand van het Italiaanse bergdorp Valtournenche in Valle D’Aoste , dit maakt deel uit van Cervino Skiparadise. Casa Bollicine is rustig gelegen op de zuidflank op 1500 meter hoogte. Vanuit de tuin heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de omliggende bergen. Aan de woning starten verschillende wandelwegen over het weidelandschap en de bergflank. De skipiste bevindt zich in de winter op 80 meter en je kan tot aan de woning skiën.

Nell'alta Valtournenche, ai piedi del Cervino, circondato da mandrie di mucche al pascolo in estate e da candida neve nei mesi invernali, io e mia moglie Enrica saremo felici di accogliere i nostri ospiti nel nostro appartamento. Vicino ai centri abitati di Valtournenche e Cervinia (3 Km circa) ma comunque isolato dal caos è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi, osservare panorami incantevoli, ascoltare il silenzio della montagna, fare sport e fantastiche passeggiate partendo proprio dalla casa!

L’alloggio si trova al primo piano di un condominio tranquillo nella Valtournenche e può ospitare fino a 4 persone . Esso è composto da un soggiorno, un angolo cucina, due camere da letto ed un bagno. Dal soggiorno e da una camera è possibile accedere ad un balcone con bella vista sulle montagne circostanti. Al piano seminterrato è presente un deposito utile per la posa degli sci, dei scarponi, delle biciclette ecc...
