Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Spread across two floors, it includes 3 bedrooms, a separate shower, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a living room with a sofa bed. The upper floor also boasts a kitchen and dining area. Additionally, there is an extra single bed in the form of a bunk bed, perfect for extra guests.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Untergeschoss meines privaten Hauses. Man hat einen eigenen Eingang und auf Privatsphäre wird großer Wert gelegt. Nur zwei Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt befindet sich ein kostenloser Parkplatz. Zum Ausladen des Gebäcks kann selbstverständlich direkt vor der Unterkunft angehalten werden.
