The Cottage

Unplug in this peaceful little getaway. Nestled in the backyard of our little hobby farm near the Wood River, you will be able to visit our alpacas, goat, or honey bees. Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

The park, Nebraska's Big Rodeo, and the town square (where there several dining options) are all within walking distance. Welcome to "The Pepper Shed" named after our black lab. This is a unique utility shed with built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. While staying, feel free to make yourself at home with private access to a patio, dog kennel, walk out balcony with full accommodations of Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and full kitchen.

The Be Well Bunkhouse offers tranquil beauty while allowing guests to enjoy the sights, sounds & splendors of the surrounding horse ranch. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The third floor has one large room with 3 queen beds and bathroom. Basement has 1 bedroom with bathroom, full kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath and laundry facilities.
