Vacation is calling and nothing like opening your bedroom curtains to see the entire ocean at your fingertips. The rental is a private home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on a shared property that shares common area with hammocks, the driveway & stairs to the beach. You have a private BBQ , outdoor shower to rinse the sand and AC in both bedrooms. The living quarters and kitchen have ceiling fans to keep circulation . Enjoy a kitchen with everything you need to cook delicious food. NO HOT WATER

Country Hillside Cabin #1 with private pool

Stunning views of the volcano range including Volcan Momotombo and all the peace of the country make this a quiet getaway. It's location halfway between Leon and Managua also make it ideal. Our guests enjoy the relaxation after their volcano adventures before continuing their Nicaraguan itinerary. Many guests extend their stay and hunker down with a good book by the pool. Our excellent WIFI is great for the remote worker. We have a smaller casita that can also be booked for parties of 4

The name pays perhaps a daring homage to Famous Studio 54; also playing with our birthyear, but just with the name. This a beautiful brand new house built for our guests. It's located close to the main highway, yet far enough to keep the noise away. It's in the middle of a pretty garden with spacious, living room, kitchen, dining area, bedroom bathroom and working station. It also has outdoor space, laundry and a beautiful terrace.

Casa Abierta is safe & secluded - just 20 min. from Managua but feels far from the heat and noise. Deck has gorgeous views & house is open plan w/ loft, kitchen, living/bedroom. Lots of screens for airflow, so it's very cool. Accessible to Managua in charming rural village next to forest walks on trails with views & wood-fired hot tub. *Note: Our place is extra peaceful because we *do not* have WiFi!
