Beachfront on Sea of Cortez

This luxurious beachfront villa offers privacy and inspiring, spectacular views from your coveted third floor, corner location. Wake up to some of the best sunrises ever as the sun crawls across an incredibly calm Sea of Cortez. Enjoy the views and ocean breezes all day from all of your rooms and both of your balconies - this is the best of all locations! Walk right out of the building for quick access to the beach and pool. This property along with its sister property, Palmas De Cortez Resort, are recognized as 'The Place To Stay' in Los Barriles. We are located in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Los Barriles, Baja California Sur and within walking distance to shops, grocery stores and wonderful restaurants. Our Villa is approximately 1200 square feet with 2 balconies, 2 full bathrooms, and two main living areas (kitchen that is fully open to living room with queen size sofa pull out couch and master bedroom with king size bed). There is also a queen size automatic blow up air mattress and a small cot for additional sleep options. There is separate air conditioning in each room as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms. An outdoor shower is provided for your return from the beach. It is perfect for families, friends or couples wishing to have separate sleeping quarters and their own private bathrooms. It is beautifully appointed with granite counter tops, marble floors and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment for the most creative cooks; including a Sub Zero refrigerator, Viking stove top, and Bosch washer and dryer. The Villa De Cortez complex has a Private Beach front Infinity Edge pool with swim up bar plus separate hot tub and small children's pool. The new restaurant is located between the Villa De Cortez and the Palmas De Cortez resorts. The food is excellent and you'll never beat the view!

It doesn´t get any closer to Playa Los Cerritos! Our condo is a spacious suite with a beachfront terrace to check out the surf or enjoy one of the most beautiful sunset in Baja. The space has everything you need to live on the beach: - A master bedroom and two bathrooms. - One King size bed for your comfort. - A couch in the living room for the little one or the thrifty friend that you love. - A Kitchen to prepare the catch of the day. There are also 2ACs (in the living room and the bedroom)

Quiet, relaxing desert , and ocean view! With pool

Quiet and peaceful condo. Away from the dust and Dogs. Bird watching or just sitting at the pool enjoying the peace and quiet. 7 Minutes to Los Barriles. 3 minutes to the beach from the Arroyo. After kite surfing or fishing all day. Come home to a nice soak in the hot tub or dip in the pool. Outside shower to rinse off. Very peaceful and everything you need to enjoy your home away from home. You will need a car or ATV to go into town or ask me about the Uber 24/7. WE DO NOT HAVE A BBQ PIT.

Tranquil, Relaxing Beachfront, Exceptional Views!

Enjoy the largest deck in the complex, accompanied by a gas grill and 2 kayaks for your use, one double, one single. It's very private, as it is situated to the far corner of the property. Even though it is close to the main road, the unit sits right above the beach, eliminating any traffic noise. We've been told by others who have stayed there before, "It's the best unit in the complex." Pool Level, exceptionally private, located on the corner of the complex with its own entrance.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our modern Bungalō is located in the quaint town of La Ribera, just one hour from San Jose Del Cabo airport. It features 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 bathrooms. We have a full kitchen and TV's in every room. It's about a 2 min drive to the beach or 15min walk. There’s a pool/hot tub and a fire pit for the complex. The area of east cape Baja is known for crystal blue waters and Cabo Pulmo National Park is just 30 min by car.

This condo is right on the ocean. Wake up to an amazing view. This one bedroom two bathroom condo is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico with clear water and sugar white sand. A beautiful infinity pool with panoramic views. Close to everything! Great day trips to make Todos Santos, Los Cabos, La Paz, Fox Canyon, just to name a few. So peaceful and so beautiful!
