Guesthouse Farm Stay

Come stay with us on our historic working farm! Relax on the back deck and enjoy views of our 12-acre property and peaceful pastures. For a more hands-on experience, join us for a tour to get a closer look at life on the farm. Established in 1739, our farm has a rich history in agriculture and livestock. The cozy studio-style cottage features an open living space with combined bedroom, living, and dining area, along with a kitchenette and bathroom with a shower for your comfort and convenience.

Wake to forest views in a modern A-frame with 2 bedrooms, including a cozy loft. Hike nearby trails, soak in the cedar hot tub, or visit local breweries. In summer, barbecue or gather at the fire pit; in winter, warm up by the wood stove on the 2-acre Catskills property. Note: Guests must be 13 or older, and all teenagers must be listed on the reservation. Pets are welcome with prior approval, agreement to pet rules, and payment of the pet fee. Sticks and Stones Farm offers a rustic glamping experience! When you stay with us you'll get the adventure and fun of camping (no electricity, outdoor showers etc.) while still getting to lay your head on a soft pillow in a bed. There is a small loft on the 2nd floor with 2 twin beds accessed by a library ladder (note: no standing headroom in loft). Private outdoor deck with seating and BBQ. Fast wi-fi, laundry access and pet friendly.
