Lagoon pool, poolside snack bar, and three hot tubs on the property. Our condo on the 8th floor has the best floor plan on the beach! Long Beach is undergoing renovations through March 2026. Different towers will be worked on at varying times. Balconies in *3 units will be unavailable 12/1/25-1/15/26 due to scheduled maintenance.
