Beautiful Spanish style home with roof top deck, centrally located in Long Beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shops on retro row, a stones throw to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to Belmont shore and downtown. Our home has kept its old style charm but has all the modern amenities you need. Central AC, washer dryer, & stocked kitchen. We also have beach towels & beach chairs. For families w/ children we can supply a Pack & Play, booster seat, toys, mama roo, and baby brezza.

Staples center is 25 miles away. The boat terminal for Catalina Island is nearby.

This studio is well equipped with all of the kitchen, bathroom and living essentials to accommodate your short or long term stay. Much thought was put into the design, setting the scene for every area to act as your personal photo or video backdrop. The retro Pac-Man machine, stylish dressing room and unique work space, make for a comfortable environment to enjoy your day to day work or play!

This newly updated studio was designed with spaciousness, attention to lighting and eye catching decor. When you step into this space you immediately feel the ability to take a deep breath. It has the essence of experiencing a new place, yet having all the comforts of home. The neighborhood is located in a very desirable part of Long Beach. It is a very peaceful spot to be while also being walking distance to the liveliness of 2nd Street (restaurants & Shops) and the Beach!

Our house can accommodate 9+ people for family or business trip. Enjoy the OCEAN view and HUGE backyard. FULL size TENNIS court for kids to play! Bikes, scooters, tennis rackets, basketballs, and more are provided. Steps away from beach access. A complete replacement of laundered linens/towels is setup for every reservation. We love it here so much that we built a high-end, private apartment above our garage to share with visiting family, friends and guests.
