Bathroom is private and dedicated to guests but is *connected to the main house* and only steps away from cottage. Bathrobes and slippers provided for guest use. Access to yard with fire pit and BBQ. Room has mini fridge, microwave, and toaster oven as well as amenities for coffee and tea. Guest WIFI is high speed. Roku TV for streaming. Free street parking.

This unique modern barn crafted by hand in the quiet and beautiful South Hills of Eugene. It has easy access to hiking and running trails, highly rated restaurants, cafes and natural food stores. This convenient yet secluded Owl Road Barn is set back on our spring fed unique 4 acre property that is boardering on the 385 acre Spencer butte park, offering solitude. It is only 4 miles to Hayward Field and Autsum stadium. Bring your binoculars you will find abundant bird and wild life to watch.

New Studio 1,100 sq. ft. Guest House with views

We are located in the South Hills of Eugene. Close to U of O with easy driving access to amenities. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Unwind in a peaceful, natural Oregon setting, we look forward to hosting you.

Sunsets on the Butte

A quiet country setting awaits you with this comfortable studio complete with private entrance, kitchenette, queen bed, dinette, and plush leather furniture. Just two miles to downtown for shopping, dining and taking in the historic sites of Cottage Grove. Enjoy the sunset with picturesque views of a grassy valley and mountains. A private place to escape while on a Northwest adventure of any sort. Three miles to the lake, two miles to town, extremely easy freeway access yet quiet.

Rustic Riverfront Cabin

Rustic riverfront cabin only steps from the world famous Umpqua River. 3bd/2ba home on almost an acre nestled in the trees. 2 Pets are permitted with approval and a fee applies, see below. There is a fully furnished kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, stove, dishwasher, pellet stove, barbeque, WIFI, streaming and a good selection of dvd's, books and games available. There is also a full size washer and dryer. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably (the limit includes infants)

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

CenturyFarm Apartment Overlooking the Creek

Enjoy the natural beauty of nature surrounding this historic getaway. The view from the apartment overlooks the creek. The "loafing shed" of the barn was converted into an apartment -- a cottage core addition to the old barn. Hiking trails follow along the creek. Guests may also reserve overnight camping located just below the barn apartment. Perfect for family gatherings, this overnight campsite is available only to guests of the barn apartment at $20.

Escape to our peaceful 9-acre farm in the southern Willamette Valley, surrounded by fresh air, nature, and the sound of nearby rivers. This 590 sq ft attached private studio suite features a cozy queen bed, pellet stove, kitchenette, full bath, & a private fenced backyard with patio seating and pasture views. Pet- and kid-friendly with a private keyed entry and free front-door parking—your perfect countryside getaway awaits.

Bloomberg Park Studio

Location, privacy and country feel close to town and U of O. The Bloomberg Park Studio has a private entrance , deck, queen bed, pull-out couch, high speed wi-fi, and lock box for easy check-in/check-out. This studio has great appeal. Step outside the door and head down the street to rustic Bloomberg Park for a quick walk or up the hill for a more invigorating hike through nature in newly acquired city parkland.
