We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

It is a 5 min walk to coffee shop/barber and Thick Thin pizza. It is 5 mins to downtown or the hospital by car. The building is very quiet, clean and spacious. There are no neighbors. You are the only unit on the top floor. The master bedroom has a Queen and the second bedroom has a queen bed. No parties Or Pets allowed in this unit.
