We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

We're close to many amenities - parks, grocery stores, walking trails, restaurants, etc. in the quiet & peaceful neighborhood of Summerside, London ON.

You will be staying in the cozy basement apartment underneath the owners in a back-split home. With plenty of space and light, you won’t feel like you’re in a basement! You’re a five minute drive to the 401, 5 minute drive to metro or no frills (among others) and an 11 minute drive to downtown London (using bud gardens for reference). Laid back, easy going hosts :)

Outside, there's a hot tub, firepit (BYO wood), BBQ, and outdoor eating area. We live upstairs and are available to assist with the indoor or outdoor amenities at any time!

This place is in the basement but with lots of natural light it feels nothing like a basement unit.

This is my 5th Airbnb that I have had in the past 5 years. Hosting is what I know! :) Also a 3 minute drive or 10 mins walk to Parkwood Hospital and Victoria Hospital.
