Beautiful 1 bedroom rooftop apartment at Mogan Beach, next to the “little Venice Habour”. This 1 bedroom apartment have been completely renovated, to todays standards, has WIFI and airconditioning. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, but you can access it with the elevator. Its has a bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with two single beds that are put together ( but can be separated if wished) a small but complete and functional kitchen. New!!! Possibility to rent parking on a weekly base.

The apartment is located in the La Venecia area and has two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room and kitchen is open plan with a balcony overlooking the street and square. There is a second small balcony in the bedroom overlooking a garden. There is also a 40 sqm private roof terrace with sun beds, shower, outdoor kitchen and a large table with chairs.
