Tolles Rustico mit einem Traumgarten, in den wir uns direkt verliebt haben. Das Apparment selber liegt innerhalb der Anlage sehr ruhig und privat. Alles war extrem sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Lage innerhalb von Verbania ist hervorragend; von hier aus ist der Hafen in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt gehabt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Rosi nos facilitó mucho todo aquello que normalmente más perturba a un viajero como son la llegada (dónde y cómo) y la salida. Además estaba pendiente por si necesitábamos algo y tiene una comunicación rápida y fluida. El alojamiento respondía a lo que esperábamos. Muy bien, la verdad. Así da gusto.

הגענו לבית נקי ומסודר במיוחד עם אווירה חמה. היה בו כל מה שהיינו צריכים בשביל שהייה עם ילדים ותינוקות. הבית אותנטי ותואם לתמונות. דייגו היה זמין בשבילנו כל הזמן ודאג לנו להכל. נשארנו חמישה ימים והתבאסנו לעזוב. קרוב מאוד למעיינות חמים, ספארי וגארדלנד. צמוד לבית ישנה פיצריה טעימה במיוחד.

Apartamento da mesma forma que o anúncio, acomodação grande. A localização para andar a pé não é boa, mas para andar de ônibus é muito boa. Existem pontos de ônibus em ruas próximas, mas para andar na rua, achei um pouco perigoso em algumas áreas. A máquina de lavar e se secar são comunitárias, tem que pagar e estão no subsolo. O apartamento tem tudo que você precisa. O check-in foi muito bom! Super fácil e simples de entender.

The place is very easy to find and very easy to get in. The host is very friendly and responsive to all the questions.

Giuseppe was a warm and welcoming host. He gave us a full orientation of the property upon arrival. He gave us many restaurant recommendations (and gelato!) and suggested places to visit as well as grocery stores (our favorite is Conad). This was all very helpful. We had a car and drove into town and to other Lake Garda spots. Most of all we enjoyed returning to the privacy of the patio in this residential neighborhood. This stay completely met our expectations.

Ci siamo trovate benissimo, abbastanza pulito e vicino alla metro, host gentilissimo e disponibile.

Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend. Drei Seen stehen zur Verfügung. Der Besitzer ist sehr fürsorglich. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter im April. Danke.

I would like to say thanks to Nicola as host for my visit his flat in December. The flat is really clean, warm, and well equipped! I was there for two weeks, i had no problems with anything! The kitchen is new, housewares are totally new, very warm radiators in all rooms and bathroom! Quite flat and calm neighbors. The bed is huge and really comfortable! Also you can find place for smart work- comfortable table and chair and excellent quality of wi-fi! Location is really nice as i went on foot to the center and other places without Any problems. Naviglie is really amazing place and you can find there all what you need. Really good tv subscription) it’s additional pleasure moment)) And really thanks Nicola for Christmas gift which you made for me) it was very tasty pandoro ))

Perfect place to stay. Really unique atmosphere. Jakuzzi was awesome exactly like on photo. Surely advice to order home made dinner. The owners serve it with increadible view on the terrace.
