Only 10 minutes walk from iconic sites: Fisherman's Wharf, Little Italy, Chinatown, Coit Tower, Lombard (Crookedest) St, and the cable car stops just around the corner. This is a single family home. I live in the top floor of this residential unit. Guests occupy the ground floor. My home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. A block and half to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly private room with free street parking. Please note this is not a studio apartment, so it has no kitchen. It is a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom.
