Stunning Apartment

The lowdown This gorgeous urban paradise with 2-bedrooms, located in Buenos Aires Downtown, aims to please with its rustic vintage style. The unique living room is a great place for comfort and relaxation. It has a sofa and three individual low sofas. Integrated in the same area is the dining room with a marble table and six comfortable, yet unique, chairs. A large kitchen, connected to the inner courtyard, will witness great treats. ( kitchen, dining room , bathroom, toilette and floores made of italian marble) A large library is part of the master bedroom, with a queen-size bed. In turn, the second bedroom also has queen-size bed and provides access to the inner courtyard. About Area Full of luxury and style, this apartment is strategically located a few steps away from: Plaza San Martín (San Martín Square) where you'll find La Torre del Reloj (The Clock Tower), Puerto Madero where you will be able to visit the famous monument el Puente de la Mujer (the Woman's Bridge) and the naval museums, and Recoleta where you can enjoy the afternoon in the beautiful Plaza Francia (Francia Square), while you let yourself be captivated by the portside culture, also you will have a great number of high-end restaurants, bars, and clubs. Dome in the heart of the City

Dome recycled to new apartment in the heart of the city. The area is full of Restaurants, theatres, coffee shops with plenty o day and night life. Only two blocks far from the iconic Colón theatre and one block from 9 de Julio Avenue, this cossy aparement is build in woden floors, with an entire renovate kitchen, plenty of day light and high ceilings. There is also a dressing room in a separate room. The main bedroom in the dome, making your stay just unique. With 2 patios and a full bathroom.

Located in the historical Pasaje Santamarina, close to the heart of San Telmo, and reached through one flight of stairs, it has a living area with a fireplace and an integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one in an open mezzanine, with a desk), an entertainment center with an LCD TV (with Chromecast, no cable), a bathroom (with shower box, no tub), and a walk-in closet. Features Wi-fi connection and a central air conditioning system. Very quiet and light-filled. Easy access to Buenos Aires attractions.

Quartier San Telmo, 15th flor, w/amenities+view!

Excellent Studio located in the 15th floor of Quartier San Telmo building, recently painted and fully equiped, 43" Android Smart TV, WIFI speed 300MB. King size bed plus a couch that can also be used as a bed for one. Excellent view from the flat to Puerto Madero Buildings and in clear days you can see also the river. The studio has cool/heat airconditioner. The building has amazing amenities including 2 pools, living rooms and gym, 24hs security and 360 views to the city/river from floor 27th.
