I have a lock-out studio apartment on the west side of the house with a separate entrance. There is NO SHARED SPACE and NO CONTACT. You have complete privacy. No special events allowed. Come enjoy a little piece of heaven at the mouth of Logan Canyon. We are surrounded by lakes and reservoirs. Beaver Mt. ski resort is only 19 miles away. There is a hiking trail out your back yard that will lead you to Logan Canyon on your south or Green Canyon on your north. Plenty of fun outdoor things to do. Hiking is plentiful, the kayaking is sublime and the biking is Spectacular. Kayaking, paddleboards and e-bikes available for an additional charge

The house opens to a large great room with large picture windows perfect for entertaining large groups but cozy enough for smaller families. Please be aware there is an attached apartment with tenants not part of the rental.
