With this spacious 5 Bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 laundry, plus 3 foldout twin beds is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out like jelly. We have a covered picnic area right out front with fire pit and grill. If you want to play in the creek or fish there is also a gazebo overlooking the creek. Trail 14 is straight across the road for all you trail riding adventures. We are close to Dollar Store and gas stations.

If you’re trail riders, you have easy access to most Hatfield & McCoy rides. You can take off on your 4 wheelers/ATVs and reach Bearwallow trails in 10 minutes. If you like water, go kayak.Chief Logan State Park is 10 minutes away on 119 Hgwy, with public pools, playgrounds, fishing, picnic, & trail walks.

Conveniently located straight across from Buffalo Mountain Trail 14, You can fill your day with trail riding or hiking in our beautiful mountains. The property has a large parking lot to accommodate your ATVs with room to spare. You can kick back and relax in the covered outdoor picnic area, while the kids have a blast on the playground, or wading and fishing in the creek.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Located just 0.3 miles from Bear Wallow trail head with plenty of parking. The Loft has two bedrooms, and one has a tv, the shared living space has a tv, Daybed with trundle and a bunk bed featuring a full on bottom and twin on top. Walking distance from McCoy nightclub and 317 Steak house. Pet friendly with deposit. Rent the other 2 lofts and take over the entire top floor.

Easy access to not only the Hatfield McCoy Trails, gas stations, restaurants, bar and grill, grocery store. We are an official Hatfield-McCoy Trail pass vendor.
