While the home is not waterfront, there is access to a semi-private grassy area with our own dock & lake access for easy launch of kayaks or your other water toys. Within walking distance to Cranberry restaurant and great fishing spots. Moundwood State Park & Marina has public Boat Ramps and Kayak Launch.

Water-Front/canal Key West Style Boathouse w/bikes

Great house on north side of Indian Lake. Fish from the patio on ground level and an 800 sq ft deck on the second floor. Stream tv and an antenna. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths and a full kitchen. Moose and Eagle clubs close by. THIS HOUSE IS ON A WELL AND WATER SMELLS LIKE SULFUR SOMETIMES. IF THIS BOTHERS YOU DO NOT RESERVE. Kayaks and canoes are okay. There is no space for anything larger. Boat ramp 1 block from house. Boats connected to vehicles can be left there overnight. It's never busy.

Waterfront house with hot tub private dock!

Bring the whole family or group of friends to this great cottage with lots of space for fun! Enjoy the open dock if bringing a boat with patio seating and fireplace right on the water. Also you could relax and soak up the sun or cast a line out on the lake. Inside the cottage you will enjoy 180 degree views of the lake, a large gas fireplace, games for all ages, a built-in bar, and a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. This spacious cottage has multiple areas for your guests to enjoy!

❤️ Spacious Island Cottage at Indian Lake ❤️

Welcome to our beautiful cottage! Located on Seminole Island at Indian lake, this cottage is a seven-minute walk from Cranberry Resort and a two-minute walk from Pew Island where there is a public boat dock and nature trail. You will have access to a driveway that is capable of holding three cars and a boat. We have a fire pit and charcoal grill - plan on supplying your own charcoal and wood. Have questions? Checkout the lake with an Indian Lake Pontoon rental or from Oldfield Beach. During the winter months, head to Avalanche Tubing Park or Mad River Mountain.

Great seasonal get away for couples and families. The Cabin features two bedrooms plus loft with room for up to 6-8 persons. New Jacuzzi just a few steps from master bedroom. Computer, Wi-Fi, Apple TV/ DVD/HBO Now. Also includes all the wood you want to burn in the fireplace or outside firepit. If you enjoy fishing the Jon Boat is available for your use and is included in the price.

Centrally located close to everything you will need at Indian Lake. The lake is visible from the front porch and I have a boat dock close by available for rent as well.
