This property has ample indoor and outdoor space, lot's of privacy, and excellent views! We enjoyed the various seating options throughout the days and evenings. The interior decorations were enjoyable! Host communication from checkin to checkout was excellent and very timely. The place is aptly named as the river views are unmatched in this area and can be enjoyed from multiple vantage points. The fire pit worked great for the evening! We will keep this place on our list for return trips.

The location was great given we were working 5m from there. Ariel was super quick to respond to my message prior to our arrival. This was a quick trip, just one night. We will most definitely be reaching out next time we are working in Booneville.

Really enjoyed the experience. Felt to me like a Glamping level hunting cabin. Beds were comfortable and everything worked well. Would be a great hangout for dudes going fishing or exploring the wilderness. I loved it!

We came up for a wedding at Mount Magazine. This home is the perfect place to unplug and relax. My wife and I loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch in the mornings. I would recommend this home and host to anyone coming to the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin! It was a wonderful experience for our entire family. It was private, quiet, and had everything we would want for a family spring break trip. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of linens, plenty of everything. Favorite part was the private boat dock, but the kids also loved the loft area and the bunkbeds setup. We would absolutely recommend this cabin and would stay here again!

This is one of the nicest places ive ever stayed at and if it wasnt for me moving to arkansas soon, i would choose this as my repeat place to stay because its a cozy spot in a cozy place. not only is the home well maintained and decorated but the response time is always quick incase we needed something. we had drenched our clothes due to some hiking and they were nice enough to dry our clotges for us using their personal machines. Theres also alot of games ro play and they have a HUGE TV WHICH IS AWESOME!!!! me and my gf LOVE billiards so the table they have in the living room was so fun to play all night!!

Jim and Karen have a lovely place. Our family rented both houses and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty to Keep the grandkids occupied and there were several places for adults to relax. We would definitely recommend!

We were only in Paris for a quick overnight trip, and Holly and Brent's place was perfect! The home and grounds were beautiful, the room was clean and cool, and as soon as I walked in from a long day on the road I thought, "Aaah". There was plenty of room for the two of us and our pups, and the bathroom was especially spacious. There was a football field across the street where we were able to get some exercise the next morning. I met Brent briefly, and he was friendly and kind. We would stay here again, and highly recommend!

Can't getting better than this if your looking for remote, quite and comfortable. We loved being able to ride directly from the house!

The cabin was absolutely amazing! My wife and I took our 7 month old and it was the perfect getaway. The cabin is prime location for trail riding or hiking. George and Jennifer thought of everything and more of what you might need while you’re there and in addition it was spotless clean! We will be coming back!

We were looking for a large home to stay in while we visited family nearby. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals to share with them. The house is nestled among trees with a nice front porch and we enjoyed being in such a peaceful spot.

This was a perfect getaway weekend, in a gorgeous home. It was mostly private (neighbors were far enough away to not impede on privacy), quiet and peaceful. Although I'm afraid of large dogs, the two visiting from the neighbors were sweet and friendly giants. I ended up cuddling with them and it even felt like they could be therapy dogs. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our first romantic weekend away and it was perfect, especially evenings in the hot tub. I definitely recommend and would love to come back again!

We had a great time staying two nights with our dogs. The setup was perfect to accommodate our dogs and their crates with room leftover! Very thoughtful supplies provided. We cooked each meal there and had everything we needed. It felt like cooking at home. As a huge bonus, we saw two bald eagles on their beautiful land. Our dogs loved romping around the trails! We would love to stay again.

The place was so cute and comfy. The weather had gone from warm to cool and we were comfortable through all the weather. They supplied everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay there.

What amazing cabin! We had such a great time and loved the stay! It was so cozy with a beautiful view and surroundings. The hosts were so hospitable and couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming! We loved every minute and would recommend to anyone wanting a nice getaway =)
