We love the natural elements and have accentuated them within the cabin with a luxury bath to soak, luxury bath robes, comfy sofas, cosy log fire stove and luxurious beds.

Bracken Barn is situated on a hill overlooking Cuil Bay and Loch Linnhe, with views stretching down the Morvern Peninsula, past the small islands of Balnagowan, Shuna and Lismore…and all the way to the Isle of Mull. Recently converted from an agricultural shed, it is now an extremely comfortable holiday home – a silk purse from a sow’s ear! The high-ceilinged sitting room has a wood-burning stove and with large picture windows, guests will surely never tire of the ever-changing loch views.

Walking, watersports, etc - or just relaxing! Excellent location for exploring - day trips in all directions. Easy to reach - Edinburgh or Glasgow 75 minute drive. Lovely year round – in summer, south facing sun and dining on the decking; in winter, walks and warming by the log fire. Wonderful views always!

We’re also just ten minutes from Oban (the gateway to the Western Isles) and right next to the National Cycle Route from Oban to Fort William.

Comfortable one bedroom flat with gorgeous views of Loch Etive and the Falls of Lora, Connel Bridge and Beinn Lora, only about 10-15 min by car from Oban center. The self-catering apartment has a private entrance, and is quiet and well-equipped. It is also on bus routes and near paths with lots of easily accessible and beautiful walks. We provide coffee, tea, a few breakfast items and other basics. Not suitable for pets or small children.

It overlooks a mature garden, the Ballachulish Bridge, farmland and have wonderful ever-changing dramatic views of mountains and loch. A romantic get-a-away, or a paradise for the outdoor enthusiasts! A great half-way stop from Glasgow to Isle of Skye, Glenfinnan Viaduct, North Coast 500, Inverness, Oban, and beyond... Happy days!
