Beinn Dearg - Luxury Cottage, Isle of Skye

Beinn Dearg (Red Hill) Cottage built by Kenny in the style of a traditional Highland Black House. Cosy cottage with wood burning stove (firewood supplied) for a romantic getaway, relaxing break or enjoying the exciting activities that the mystical Isle of Skye has to offer. Beautiful accommodation with modern facilities. Located in the quiet settlement of Kilbride, 4 miles to Broadford, 10 miles to Elgol. The cottage is surrounded by the magnificent Red Cuillins and Bla Bheinn (Blaven) Ridge.

Ardtreck-SAUNA, Panoramic View,Wood burner,hill

Having lived in many different places, I understand how important and difficult it is to find a clean, tidy, spacious and good design place to relax. We explored every corner of Skye and were fortunate to find a special location with the best view in the best part of Skye (My guests described Ardtreck as special! Ardtreck's location sometimes offers incredible views that you won't find anywhere else (including Skye). So we designed and built Ardtreck. The main characteristics of Ardtreck are:

Beautiful views from right above the water

Faiche an Traoin (Faish an Trown) means Field of the Corncrake, birds that once inhabited this area. It was built in 2020, has 2 double bedrooms, large lounge/dining area/kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. It is located in the village of Dunan, 5 miles from Broadford. The house is directly above the seashore with views to the Island of Scalpay across Loch na Cairidh, the Old man of Storr and to the mountains of the mainland and the wall to ceiling windows highlight the beautiful views

Cabin Beo

We're excited to offer our guests a 5* experience with our custom built cabin. We worked closely with our friends at the award winning Corr Cabins to create a tranquil and luxurious get away on the beautiful Isle of Skye! Cabin Beo is located beside our home and takes in the breathtaking views over Portree Bay and over to the Old Man of Storr, from its full size picture window. The cabin comes fully equipped with a wood burning stove, kitchenette, luxurious king size bed and full bathroom.

Secluded shoreline artist's bothy

Situated on a Woodland Croft on the shores of a sea loch, this beautiful timber bothy was conceived as a getaway for artists and creatives looking for peace in an inspiring landscape. It's also ideal for kayakers or walkers. The bothy is next to the host's artist’s studio which it is possible to see by arrangement. With rocky coast and woodland behind, and the sea almost lapping at the front door, this simple but stylish bothy has everything you could need for the most restful of breaks.

Red Mountain Garden Cottage (Self Catering)

Sorry - Children over 10 only. Red Mountain Cottage is beautifully and quietly situated on the edge of Carbost village, with stunning views overlooking Loch Harport and towards the Cuillin Mountains. This is a small, modern, but very well appointed cottage/cabin has been lovingly created to a high specification, including handmade beds and sills & a feature wall. The cottage sleeps 3, but is ideal for couples seeking a romantic break, as well as for sight-seeing, walking and climbing.

With its distinctive red roof and beautifully finished stone walls Hannah’s Cottage is the perfect couple's retreat on the romantic Isle of Skye. The cottage comes fully equipped with a modern kitchen, luxury shower room and full laundry. Cosy underfloor heating provides year round comfort in any weather. Guest can enjoy a glorious walk down the path through the adjoining croft land to the Penifiler shore enjoying views across Portree Bay and spectacular Quiraing and Old Man of Storr.

Recently renovated Cabin Cùil boasts stunning views over the Cuillin mountain range and Loch Harport. Situated in the idyllic township of Carbost, the Fairy Pools and Talisker Distillery are within a 10 minute drive with Portree just 25 minutes away. From the house, you can take a lovely coastal walk along the shores of Loch Harport. There's lots of places to eat nearby, including Café Cùil, The Old Inn & the Oyster Shed. Or enjoy a cosy night in beside the new wood burning stove!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Morgana is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Skye. This new larch clad house takes in a panoramic view over the Cuillin mountains and the Sleat peninsula. The gable window looks over the breathtaking views you can sit and relax in the living area. The house includes a kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven and hob. En suite toilet and shower, super king sized bed, dining area inside. Outside private decking and table.

This unique place has a style all of its own. set on the top of a hill with stunning views over the sound of Sleat, taking in breathtaking views of the Isles of Eigg and Rum and in the distant the most westerly point of Scotland. Either sit and relax outside on the decking or down at the fire pit enjoying the peace and tranquility. Allt Beag Huts are located on a small hillside croft, just a 20 minute drive from the Skye Bridge. They are both clad in traditional Larch with central heating and double glazing to ensure comfort all year round.
