The large apartment comprises the whole of the first floor of the property. It is located in a quiet street, and has dedicated parking on the front drive. It is perfectly situated - only a short walk to the North Shore promenade and beach, shops, restaurants, bars and railway station. It's a 15 minute walk to Venue Cwmru. The tram and cable car to the top of the Great Orme are nearby, as is the beautiful West Shore- perfect for a peaceful walk along the Conwy estuary or a day on the beach.

This newly refurbished, modern and spacious 2 bedroom apartment can accomodate 4 guests, it comes fully furnished with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with doors leading outside on to a small patio. The kitchen has everything you need, including all white goods. There is a dining table which seats 4, the living area has 2 large leather sofas a TV and electric fire. Welcome to the cozy Conwy suite in Llandudno.

This first floor suite comprises of a cosy large lounge with dining area in the bay window, 3 seater settee, and a 50 inch tv. food prep area with microwave, kettle, toaster. Even an AIR FRYER. It’s perfect. the En-suite bedroom includes a double bed, wall mounted television, wardrobe and chest of drawers Jack n Jill ( his and hers sinks), even your own auto lite vanity mirror, a nice large shower and a special sink we call the potwash. the whole suite has central heating also.

Fantastic location, everything in walking distance

This spacious first floor apartment is ideal for couples and has a large lounge/diner, full size separate kitchen, and bedroom with an ensuite shower room. The apartment is one of five flats in our family home, we occupy two and the remaining two are long term lets with a single tenant in each, and we are in general a quiet household.
