With two floors, with kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor, and bedroom with bathroom on the upper floor. Garden, pool and barbecue are shared with the main estate (property owners) The space is suitable for two adults. Not suitable for children or babies.

Situated in the most ancient neighbourhood, only to 5 minutes by walking to the beach and very close to the Club Golf de Pals (15 min by walking).
