Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy with space to spread out between the houses. The hot tub and BBQ/ Fire pit area is shared with the guest house which sits below. This is a place to reflect, relax and recharge. Whether you are nature lovers, riders, or want a quiet personal or romantic retreat, our place is ideal. Walking, hiking, biking trails abound right from the property. Tucked into a magnificent redwood forest the cottage has a gas fireplace, reading chair, futon couch, good lighting, desk, and dining table. The kitchen contains basic staples, including teas and fresh organic eggs from our hens. A large claw-foot tub is in the bathroom and a shower is on the secluded west facing deck.

Lavender rows blooming below the paddock fence fragrant the air during the summer months and available for harvesting. Outdoor seating to enjoy the mornings, a little ocean view and sunsets. The Navarro Beach estuary is just a few miles away for walking or wading. No Wifi creating a true country experience which we think you'll enjoy offering solitude, disconnecting and reinventing.

Interested in a tiny house? Welcome and enjoy your stay in the serene redwood forest. The property sits at the end of a private road surrounded by trees. The beach is minutes down the road, listen for sea lions! The space is appointed with fresh linens and sunny skylights, deck, fire pit, gas grill, sauna(small fee) space heater, CD player, microwave, mini-fridge. Shared property with main house. Steep driveway and ladder to loft limit accessibility. For the young adventurer!!

We’ve designed a large studio space with fluffy linens, handmade textiles, and natural touches to delight you. Walking distance to the beach, sunset views, a restaurant and store--it's a perfectly-situated restful nook on the coast. If you love a clawfoot tub, this place is for you (there is a comically-short shower intended only as a backup).

The property location is situated close to the town of Mendocino, approximately 4 miles directly east of town. It is a separate guesthouse from the main farmhouse. There are numerous trees surrounding the cottage, providing privacy. The views are of open meadow, forest and apple orchard. Lots of outdoor space; fire pit, redwood fairy ring with hammock, secret tree forts, lawn games, outdoor kitchen with sink, counter and BBQ.
