The Cwtch is a cosy, comfortable escape in the picturesque Hartley Valley, approx 2hrs from Sydney. It is a light & airy property with a homely feel and its own private verandah. Conveniently situated in Little Hartley, it is the perfect place to relax after a day in the Mountains. Take a drive to Jenolan Caves, the glorious Mayfield Gardens, or the secluded Glow Worm Tunnel. Further West, Lithgow, Portland, Bathurst & Mudgee. A generous Continental Breakfast Basket is included for you to enjoy.

Spacious studio, with a queen size bed and a wide range of features and comforts. The studio is only a short walk to Sunset Rock, offering beautiful mountain and valley views. A short walk to Mount Vic village and other great walks. You can take this opportunity to watch the bees work or hear the sounds of visiting wildlife. This is NON-SMOKING accommodation. The original settlers cottage has been renovated & is rustic yet very comfortable. Just 15 minutes from Blackheath, (and only accessible from Blackheath) the cottage is totally self contained, with a wood stove and BBQ facilities. A unique rural escape for nature lovers.

Initially it was a semi-detached workers cottage built in the 1870's as accommodation for the employees of the Hartley Kerosene Oil & Paraffine Co.Ltd which was established in Hartley Vale on July 31st 1865.
