Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This walkout basement studio apartment is 292 sf. It has a full size bed, kitchen and bathroom with a shower. Outside under the deck there is a propane grill, propane fire and a table with chairs. We provide all that you need so all you need to bring are you clothes, personal toiletries, food and drinks. We have 2 1/2 miles of trails on the property that you can explore. There is a brook with a small pond where you can fish and a small waterfall.

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. Lay out in the sun on the beach, enjoy a fire in the backyard, and even spend some time playing games in the cozy sun room! We are located near numerous vineyards, a brewery, the Connecticut Airline Trail, and great local restaurants! Guests have access to the grill, fire pit area, two kayaks located at the kayak launch, and two main beaches.

Very close to casinos, located between them on a side street in Norwich, convenient to downtown! private parking for 1 car, street parking also available. Welcome to use the front porch and small front yard as needed, back yard is being landscaped soon and is not yet usable. Food shopping only a 2 minute walk for that emergency ice cream fix or last minute beverage. 5 minute drive to romantic Willimantic and 15 to Norwich. Casinos are 25 minutes away. All appliances are brand new as of 1/20/21. Glass top stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Tile wood and carpet are also new and has central heat and air conditioning.

This is a great in-law style apartment which was fully renovated in 2020. It can be booked for short stays or more lengthy visits to Northeast CT. The apartment is one minute from Scenic route 169 and Route 6. It is 30 minutes to UCONN and ECSU. We are close toThe Pomfret School/Rectory School. It is 35 mins to Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods. My place is rural and peaceful. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.
