Indraさんのアパートはいつも快適で静かです。会社の友人もこのアパートに長期滞在しています。日本人が多いアパートで日本語スタップが在中しています。周囲は繁華街もなく、観光名所もないので旅行者向きではないと思います。 生活消耗品やアメニティ類はないので、アパート内のコンビニで購入できます。工業団地の勤務者や駐在員が多いみたいです。Indraさんはとても親切で、連絡も早いです。wifiはアパートの共有wifiなので土日や夕方はスピードが少し遅い気がします。私はまた何度もここに宿泊すると思います。これからもお願いします。

It was pleasure to stay in Noordian place.Actually the apartment is bigger then looks on the pictures with plenty of storage . I was lucky to stay whole month and was hard to leave the place .The place is very secure with little shop downstairs and a lot of good restaurants. It takes me longer to arrive from the airport but Noordian was waiting for me and hand me the keys. Once we came inside check everything and noticed that washing machine is missing . After when he made a call in an hour the washing machine was installed in the apartment and ready to use. Bathroom is so good with bath and showers with constant hot water and good water pressure. If only I could stay longer definitely I will stay .But for sure next time when I am in Jakarta I would like to use Noordian place again and again . Extremely happy with my stay and with communication with Noordian as he always responded in time .

A comfortable place for a big family. Spacious, cozy, and well-suited for spending quality time together. Highly recommended for group or family gatherings.

The place was clean, cozy, and perfect for a short escape from the city. The host were friendly and helpful, and check-in was super smooth. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and great amenities. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d love to come back again or recommend it to friends.

Pak Joko sangat responsif dan sabar menjawab semua pertanyaan yang kami ajukan. Kemudian, Pak Erik sebagai penjaga rumah juga memenuhi kebutuhan di villa dengan sangat baik. Sangat komunikatif dan jelas. Ada tempat barbeque yang keren banget kalau bisa membuat daging asap. Ngebayanginnya aja ngiler. Kolam renang juga bersih dan sangat cukup buat kami. Ada dua area makan yang bisa dipilih sesuai mood saja. Pavilion (kamar lain) ini juga lucu banget. Rumahnya eksotis dan banyak pohon bikin makin sejuk.

Great and comfortable place to spend time with family and/or friends. The most impressive thing I found that the host, Victor, and his team were incredibly responsive, answering our questions rapidly when we needed further information related to our stay and resolving any issues we encountered in the villa in no time.

Tempatnya sangat bagus dan bersih, sesuai dengan gambar yang tercantum. Kami dan keluarga sangat nyaman untuk menginap disana. Bu Erli dan Mas Rindi sangat sopan dan responsif. Terimakasih bu Erli sudah diizinkan menginap👍🏻

Unitnya homey, sesuai dengan di gambar. sebelum check in sudah di wa oleh housekeepernya, jadi komunikasi bisa lebih cepat. bersih, fasilitas lengkap, kolam renang langsung depan unit. private lift dan parkir gratis untuk tamu juga

It’s a nice place to stay with family, even though a little bit small but it is good for 3 people. One thing I like about living here is the responsive of the owner, helpful, when I needed something or ask something the owner(or maybe admin) response quickly. Thanks !

청결하고, 잘 정돈된 숙소. 깨끗하고 질서있는 주변환경. 자카르타에서도 아주 높은 수준의 숙소 및 주변환경을 자랑할만 하다. 수영장, 운동시설 및 편의점과 주변 상권도 아주 훌륭하다고 할 수 있음. 다음에도 반드시 다시 묵고싶은 곳.
