This is a large beautiful second floor suite with a queen size bed that opens onto a huge veranda. The suite has a private entrance, bath and large sitting room. The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. Bluff Cottage Private Guesthouse

Beautifully situated on the McDaniel Pine Farm in Wade, NC you’ll feel right at home in the Bluff Cottage. A studio setup with a queen bed & 2 chairs that convert into comfortable single beds. There is also an air mattress available. Comfortable living room area with large flat screen TV and dedicated desktop workspace. Private Bathroom, walk-in shower and a small kitchen area with hot plate, pots pans, coffee maker, microwave & refrigerator. Nice outside patio with fire pit & acres to roam!

Interior is paneled in locally sourced Poplar with Cedar accents. Beadboard and custom ceramic tile compliment the bathroom. Sleeping options: foldout couch downstairs and futon in loft. *Watch Bald Eagles, Geese, Heron and Osprey from 2 elevated decks a stone's throw from the water!

Visit the NC Estuarium and enjoy the many water activities on the Tar-Pamlico River. Hike the trails in Goose Creek State Park just 10 miles away. Then come back and relax!

Rocky Mount Home with a View

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.
