Die Donauau und die Donaustrände sind nur wenige 100 Meter entfernt, das Auto parkt fast direkt vor der Haustür, aber die ganze Siedlung hin zur Donau ist dann autofrei, du kannst also spazieren, radfahren, wandern wie es das Herz beliebt. Einer der berühmtesten Architekten Österreichs (Roland Rainer) hat die Gartenstadt entworfen - die Lebensqualität ist hier großartig.

The connection to the public transport network is excellent. Due to the house rules, I can unfortunately only receive guests who are looking for accommodation for training and/or work reasons. The peace and quiet by the water allows for deep relaxation after a stressful day at work.

Our apartment is located right in the center of Linz, between Hauptplatz and the Lentos museum at the Danube river. The house was built more than 200 years ago.
