Artist/Writer retreat-Fab breakfast!

Private entrance, clean, comfortable and welcoming space, private driveway. Owners on site but are quiet and respectful, connected but entirely separate dwelling. Homemade treats, fresh eggs and coffee, yogurt, cereal, milk, tea and a fully stocked kitchen! Smart TV, excellent Wifi. Minutes to OSU/Downtown/Hospital. Bicycles available- wonderful park /river path nearby. Cottage not suitable for kids under 12 or pets. We welcome diversity and look forward to sharing our wonderful town with you!

Less than a mile from the Peavy Arboretum gateway to McDonald Forest and an easy 15 minute drive to Corvallis and OSU, this stand-alone guest suite offers the peace of the outdoors with the close proximity of the city. Peaceful, quiet location 3 miles north of town (6 miles from OSU). Set on a scenic hillside, stairs will lead you to the private deck with keypad entry. Enjoy the open concept living area with electric fireplace & small kitchenette. Approx 750 sq ft, modern, clean & safe.
