Enjoy the sounds of nature and relaxing breeze at this waterfront getaway retreat on Wapsipinicon river. Boat ramp just a few minutes away. Central location with access to 2,000+ acres of public land within 10 min drive and kayaks rentals. Large screened-in porch overlooking the river, nice firepit just outside the cabin. Paved RV parking pad with hook-ups (extra fees apply to park an RV). Get fresh eggs or meet some friendly animals at the goat farm across the street (call Liz in advance).

Fairview Farm a farmhouse on an acreage in Marion

This historic 1910 farmhouse is very well maintained with original beautiful hardwood floors, woodwork, built-ins and windows, situated on 4.5 acres less than 1.5 miles from downtown Marion and on the edge of Cedar Rapids. In town for a sporting event? The property is 10 minutes from Tuma Soccer Complex and Prospects Meadows. There are lots of trees and the privacy will make you forget you are still in the city. The Boyson Trail is accessible through the neighborhood across Boyson Rd.

Regal Retreat

Comfortable & convenient to everything in The Cedar Rapids metro area! Very close to Collins Avionics, I-380, Lindale mall & shopping, and area hospitals! Spacious kitchen has loads of cabinets, living/dining areas have real hardwood engineered floor, completely remodeled main floor bath, HUGE primary bedroom has solid 3/4" hardwood floors, with queen size bed, double closets and new 50" 4k smart TV. Privacy fenced back yard, covered patio & fire pit. Very nice home, yard and location!

Peaceful Farmhouse Style-Czech Village/Newbo Area

This quaint Cedar Rapids home offers classic style paired with an outside relaxation space. Step inside and experience a peaceful farmhouse retreat. Unique pieces and a mix of textures give the space a distinct character all its own. As you walk in the living room and kitchen welcome you with warmth, style & loads of subway tile. Up a few steps to the two luxurious bedrooms and beautifully tiled bath. Through the kitchen and down a few steps to the office and adorable third bedroom.

Cozy Cottage

Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in. Check out my other listing next door. 3 bed 2 bath if you need more space.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Only 1 mile from Downtown, Czech Village, Newbo, and Coe College! Feel right at home in this cozy house in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Pet friendly with fully fenced-in yard. 4 mins from Mercy Medical Hospital 5 minsfrom St Luke’s 6 mins from Czech Village 4 mins from Newbo This a one bedroom unit with a California King sized bed. There is also a fold down couch for an additional guest if needed.
