WE HAVE AN INVERTER to keep the LIGHTS/WIFI on during loadshedding. Set in the garden of a family home, this newly renovated cottage offers double glazed windows and insulation (adhering to European standards of climate control) & is within a minute's walking distance of the quaint 7th street of Melville, and near to universities/hospitals. We welcome all guests, although the cottage is not suited to late night wanderers as we are a quiet property; suited to professionals. Parking is shared.

You will be warmly welcomed to this fully-furnished, self-contained unit with its three rooms , separate entrance and private living area. Parktown Quarter shopping centre is an easy walk around the corner where you can grab a cappuccino, shop at the Woolworths Food, or have a vibey dinner at one of several top-rated restaurants. The cottage is close to the Rosebank Mall and Rosebank Gautrain station (1.5Kms)
