The Sauna Spot: Modern Room, Private Patio & Sauna

Welcome to The Sauna Spot! This is a paradise in the city - a cozy getaway when you need to relax; just 5-10 minutes walking from the best West Seattle has to offer along with easy access to parks, beaches, and restaurants, venues, and tourism downtown. You will have your own private: entrance, patio, two-person sauna, room (bed, TV, and work desk), bathroom with heated floors, and small kitchenette. *Note - this is the private 1st floor of our home, completely separated by floors and doors.

Sea Forever Beach Cottage

A relaxing 20-minute ferry trip from West Seattle or Water Taxi from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private cozy, Studio cottage with sweeping views of the Sound. Watch the ferries go by, relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, a forest hiking trail with sea and Mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Please note: The parking lot is a few minute walk from the cottage.

We are the main residents of the property, and are excited to host you in our newly furnished guest space while you explore the city! Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our private guest space has everything you need... Murphy bed, kitchenette/coffee bar, work area, smart TV, reading chair... to name a few.

West Seattle Midcentury Lounge

~Welcome to Pine Place. A unique midcentury apartment located in the Fauntleroy neighborhood of West Seattle. You will have your own private entrance and access to the entire lower level of our single family home. There is a key coded door lock for convenient check-in. Close proximity to local transit, great restaurants, bars, local shops, and beautiful views of the Puget Sound. Off-street parking is available in front of the house. Great for solo travelers, remote workers, or couples.

Longfellow Creek

This one-bedroom apartment is nestled on a lovely property in the woods, and is still centrally located. The apartment is full of natural light, has Persian rug covered bamboo flooring throughout, a quartz counter-topped kitchen, fully tiled bathroom: floor and shower, and has a remarkably comfortable king size memory foam bed. Two pairs of french doors open the living room up to the garden. Longfellow creek borders the property, beavers included, and a network of park trails as-well.

Beach Drive Cottage

Quiet and private backyard cottage in West Seattle with public beach access 1/2 block away across the street. Beautiful sunsets, .1+ mile walk to Alki sandy beach. 10 minutes to Vashon ferry/Lincoln Park. Drive to downtown in 20 (unless heavy traffic) minutes, Metro in 30 minutes or the water taxi and be there in 15 minutes. Close to Lumen Field and T-Mobile Field. Tempur-pedic queen Murphy bed, kitchen, bath, and office. 1 parking sp . Close to all shopping/restaurants. Washer/Dryer.

Welcome to The Garage - unlike any garage you’ve ever been in before! This trendy oasis has heating, air conditioning, WiFi, a kitchenette and a bathroom complete with a walk in shower. Feast your eyes on the incredible graffiti art painted by a local artist here in Seattle and enjoy the comfortable King size bed. This unique space is the perfect combination of cozy and awesome, and it's nearby many delicious restaurants and a quick drive to the airport or downtown Seattle.

The airport and downtown Seattle are within a quick 20 min drive. This is the perfect location if you are taking the Fauntleroy Ferry through the puget sound.

15 minute drive to downtown Seattle. 25 minutes from SeaTac Airport. The newly renovated cottage is an absolute delight and I'm so excited to offer it as a short term rental. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood minutes walk from Morgan Junction (restaurants, coffee shops, grocery shopping), Lincoln Park (trails, green spaces galore, and a water front path), and Lowman Beach. The cottage offers peek a boo views of the Sound to enjoy with your morning coffee.
