Heated outdoor(seasonal) / indoor pools, hot tub, arcade, ping pong, pool table, great room with a fireplace, ski shuttle to Loon Mountain (weekends). Walking distance to restaurants. HOA has security cameras in public areas, but no cameras are present in our private unit.

There are only 2 steps required to enter the condo--almost free steps!
