Silk Tree Cottage is modern, self contained and situated on 5 acres of park like grounds. Away from the main house to ensure privacy. Offering a full kitchen, complimentary breakfast for first 2 days. Seasonal fruit from the garden all make this an enjoyable stay. Situated 2 minutes from State highways South and West and 20 minutes to Christchurch airport. The town of Rolleston is a 3 minute drive and offers a wide range of eateries. supermarkets etc. Christchurch is a short drive away.

This stand alone cottage which is centrally located in Rolleston, is an ideal place to stopover between the bottom and top of the South Island or a couple wanting to see the sights of Selwyn. Walking distance to local wineries. The cottage is separate to our house, which is set on approx 10 acres of land.
